A few facts about us:
 

• Barbara Kuznicka-Lukomska, L.L.M - Chartered Patent Attorney, Member of the Association of Polish Patent Attorneys; diploma of the Faculty of Law, University of Wroclaw; has commenced her professional activity as a patent attorney in 1962, primarily in the years 1960-1966 active as the independent patent attorney carrying a private office, and in the years 1966-1992 employed with one of the two state organizations authorized to represent foreign natural and legal persons in patent and trademark matters. Since that time she has become the co-owner of the civil corporation - Trademark & Patent Agency, practising again as the independent patent and trademark attorney. Owing to extensive professional activity of many years she is able to employ her experience in all cases related to patents, models, trademarks including searches, litigation proceedings, opinions and the unfair competition problems (foreign languages: English, French, German).

• Wanda Wierzbicka-Dobrzynska, L.L.M. - Chartered Patent Attorney since 1979, Member of the Association of Polish Patent Attorneys; diploma of the Faculty of Law, University of Warsaw. In the years 1978-1992 employed with the state organization for the protection of industrial property. Since that time has continued her work in this field as the co-owner of the Trademark & Patent Agency, particularly experienced in trademark matters (foreign languages: English, Russian).
